My mom used to sing this song to me when I was little...Sometimes she would cry remembering the Great Depression--I always have been very moved by it ever since

  • rubbish, a GREAT song entirely lost in his 'look what a great pianist I am' fiddling with the keys, pointless, he could have done the same with Ba Ba Black Sheep!!

  • The soothing sound of his

    fingertips along the keys,

with emotion vivid in the Artist,

    gave serenity this evening.

Thank you for an exceptional post.

  • what a bunch of odd comments...great music is interperative and personal...an expression of one's soul...this cat can play a piano well, plus his playing has personallity...and guess what???...HIS OWN PERSONALLITY...I bet you dim-wits would give a standing ovation to an expert rendition of chop sticks as long as it's played note for note. Punk idiot (possibly jealous) HATERS...You make me puke.

  • You and Mal Sedergreen would get along great. Both too big for your boots.

Way to kill a good song by taking away the hook.

  • Lol you guys are use to nothing. If you think this is a hard tune to fish out of piano improv you need to take a dive into modern jazz. That stuff's really challenging to hear what standard they're playing in!

  • this IS NOT! can you spare a dime!

  • What piece is he playing again?

  • If it wasn't for the title I wouldn't even know you were playing this song. Gives me a headache, stop going up and down the piano so much, put some melody into it and maybe someone will buy your CD. Its ok to shred a little once in a while, and useally is sounds good, but you way over do it for it to add anything to the song.

  • Awesome performance. I'm familiar with a barbershop quartet version of this tune, but never heared this version. Thanks.
