Crysis Xtreme FX 2 Quality Mod for Ultra Quality Effects in (HD) = Slowmotion Gameplay

Hay Guys.

Here's an Update, I made this video the other night and I'm going to start Working on XFX2 more starting tonight.

I've bean working on my Xtreme Nuke 2 as you probably know, so I haven't bean on this mod much.

But Now I'm really getting into these effects now, I'm also really enjoying how its turning out, I think it will be a very good Improvement over Xtreme FX 1.

FIRST! I want Honest Opinions on what Awesome effects I should Add, You all are going to be the ones using it! So You Better tell me, And if it's good enough and possible, I'll do it!

More detail,more realism,more particle movement in relation to other particles, Better pressures,more realistic wind and Force, All with Less performance drop.

So far, I'm probably 30% through this mod, But I intend to start moving things along pretty quick now.

Let me also remind you this Is Xtreme FX with Xtreme FX 2 effects in this video, Meaning Not All effects shown are XFX2, some are still XFX , So If you see some that look like XFX it is XFX.

I have most Bullet effects down, but they need tweaking, I only have 1 Rocket effects ok so far, And the Jeep Explosion is WIP, Basically it's ALL still WIP, but some are taking shape.

Every Effects will be tweaked over and over again.

Anyway, For Video Info, I recorded it in Slow Motion, Because I wanted to for one thing, and another so you can see the effects good.

I'll do Real Time Video's later, Because for one thing The video is About the effects Not the Gameplay, It's to Show you what they look like so far that's all, Nothing Fancy.


I did the Math for the particles to make them Grow at the speed of sound, witch was sweet, this adds a great amount of realism, so when the shock and air hits the tree or object so does the Refraction.

Also the Sparks Have Physics Now rather then Collisions, This is Much more realistic then it was.


I like the GTX 580 but I don't care for how slow it is, It's by no means Slow, But I thought it would be faster.

My 2 460's still beat it.

Godlike. With all those configs its easy to just wander off with only one objective in mind, which is achieve everything irrelevant to the actual mission. Explosions, doubled with explosions, and then tripled. Thanks for making this vid, I really enjoyed it, and very likely so have you. This is truly how having fun in gaming is ment to be.

Its EPIC! Thats all i can say, Ive always bean disgusted by Graphics, My point of view is to push limits, Games need to be More dynamic.

Fed up with Sucky Graphics I started these mods, and I'm impressed by this Engine.

lol only Crysis hav editor Fps game..Crytek genius/nanosuit genius...Crytek kill all...Crysis 2 online is ......over all..so Crysis 1 is infini ( imagination maybe biggest map than Crysis 2....Crysis 1 mmmega single game ...Crysis 2 mega online game...so we cant use mode in original map ( single) remake with sandbox.....but only without sandbox...or with new map..... i prefer remake 11 map of single game and hav a unik Crysis with original scenario (demo/mission)

I guess that when you throw a grenade and you do some other movements and when things go flying, it happens to be to slow :/  but it looks incredibly awesome tho :D
