Thanks Daniel for the request.
Many apologies for all the recording mistakes.

Ingredients:
Lobster Tails (I used 20 ounces)
4 cups water
1 Tablespoon kosher salt or 1 teaspoon table salt or no salt if you use store bought chicken broth
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 cups white wine
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 stick butter
1 cup chopped fennel
1/2 cup chopped shallots or onion
1 cup chopped tomato
2 Tablespoons brandy
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 sprig of thyme or 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

    Hey what happenned to the brandy? I flambe with the shells when I make mine. I also cook rice in the base as a thickener and then blend with the tomatoes, etc.

    Yes, I know about rice as a thickening agent, and the brandy did go in.

    I made a more simple version, and did not mean to disappoint you.

    Thanks for responding so quickly! You never disappoint. I am using your coleslaw recipe today, but I´ve been obsessed with asian food lately. I tried your General Tso's chicken, and your Char Sui Pork. Any ideas for a new dish? I made Seafood Gyozas the other day, with shrimp and scallops. The recipe calls for Dashi, salty fish crumbs... and they were delish!
