SOCOM 4 (Beta) Gameplay and First Impressions with Third Person Shooter Opinions.

As promised, here you go. I will probably do at least another video on this game, getting more specifically into what I don't think works about it.

In the end though, its just another game.

I will always call someone a dipshit for prejudging something they have little to no info on. notice in the video i didn't say it was going to be good once. so what was your point again?

@smokedout616 forgot to say, the only thing that has changed about socom, is people's standards. every single socom was released so broken, they wouldn't be put up with today, and weren't put up with then when you consider how few people actually played it. socom fans have a knack for imagining the franchise was more than just a niche game that a few people played. get over it man. move on. you'll be happier.

@wrath111377 most games are released broken. and i believe the past socom sold millions,,people played it..i didnt imagine a lobby list full of people,,and yes socom did change,,they ruined the game

@smokedout616 its their game, they can do what they want with it. socom 1 sold 3 million. socom 2 sold 2 million. socom 3 sold 1. dropping a million sales per release isn't exactly a success story. socom 2 had 40k plus for the first 6 months then dropped below 30 after that. then halo comes out on a system that has 1/3 the install base and destroys socom's sales and numbers. It wasn't even close. Like I said before, socom was great because it was the only game in town.

@smokedout616 and make no mistake, most games aren't released as broken as socom 1 and 2 were. we put up with some serious shit, and if you deny that, then you didn't play them at all, because anyone with real socom 1 and 2 experience will readily admit shit was fucked.

@wrath111377 Honestly agree with you that FPS has become more competitive than TPS.

Just got done playing some Black Ops, after comparing with Socom 4, and I'd rather play COD now......not the mentality I had when MW2 came out and Confrontation was getting stronger. It's crazy. I feel like a politician with all the flip-flopping.

Liked your video and i kinda liked the beta cause I played for the first time but really SOCOM 4 is not worth buying to me. It seems like they just made a third-person shooter and called it SOCOM. I haven't got the game yet cause its just not Socom. It just seems like Zipper is just not even trying. When ever the next Socom comes out it better be like the classic with the lobbies just like SOCOM 2 and 3.
