She was totally drunk or had taken a xanax. I know this because I watch I watch the housewives of Beverly Hills. Happens all the time! Either way, hoe embarrassing. She couldn't get her thoughts together, she was interrupting, it's like grandma at Christmas after the 2 glasses of white zin!
