@Dukefist Yes, i've solo'd this boss in both, frost spec (dps) and Blood (tank) at level 85 very easily.

Do you think this is possible... for a dk (dps) tank specc...?
Have done karazhan attumen + Zg with no probs exept his hit rating debuff ^^
Would have had tanking gear, but time is essence.... school is a pinch ^_^

Definitely, if your gear is fairly good. Obviously, your main goal will be to spam the crap out of full disease death strikes to keep your health up. Just keep pestilence up and DnD, blood boil until adds are down. Again, Death strike = Win here. Additionally, if you want to take the time to go farm an Essence of Gossamer from H-AN then this fight is redonkulously easy. With my essence on, the adds do zero dmg when the proc is up. Very useful for this fight in particular.
