  • Hello

Pls can some1 tell me what song this is?

    Its great!

  • those are shallow but wht ur doin is hyperextension...go parallel...you get near the same muscle work but u hav less of a chance of getting an injury

  • AWESOME workout though. We'll have to add that to our repitoire!!!

  • exactly, it's all good but horrible form.

  • hummm not bad, just do it properlly

  • Most guys do silly squats like that. Myself, I go all the way down. In powerlifting it has to go parallel, so thats what it should be in my mind. I'd say a person can do at least half as many reps if done right. Myself I find spwrals harder than squats, lunges too. I'd say keep Squats and lunges for weight and spwrals for reps. They both get the legs, so I dont see the problem.

  • What is the standard for the squats? I usually go down until my hamstrings touches my calves. Compared to the ones at 0:47, I have to say his squats are really shallow.
