  • Wow I wish we had gates in NY

  • @JagopersonOfficial

It's only this section of the Jubilee Line extension which opened in 1999 that has them (Westminster to North Greenwich I think - just 8 stations).

  • London Underground is shit.

  • It might be mate, but it's all we've got, and a lot better than most others.

  • Yea, where's mine?

  • Anyone who says the London Underground is shit are just idiots really. It is not shit, it is old. The oldest in the world and it would be stupid to compare it to the type of metro systems being built in Asia right now. I think there are plans to put in screen doors on many of the other lines in the future and of course many station renovations. But it takes time, even closing one line will cause mayhem. So has to be done bit by bit. They should ban eating and drinking -inc alcohol on it though.

  • I loved riding the train while there. Took the Northern line from the hotel into central london everyday. Very convenient ride. Got off @ london bridge station a lot.

  • @GaryGarratt The Undreground isn´t shit, it is IMPORTANT!!!!!

  • @Mahdavi1990 You´re Shit too!!

  • They should nave these gates everywhere. It'll stop people committing suicide!

  • i love the jubilee line i love the engine so much

  • @Edwiness I travel on the victoria sometimes and due to the old trains they are having to go slowly. Central or Jubilee (the newer trains) are the fastest.

  • My best underground train!

  • i lov the sound too. although its loud, the speed makes up for it
