windows XP 32bit can't recon 4GB of Ram, u can check if u want, u'll find only 2GB, if u wanna use the whole 4GB of RAM then use a 64bit version either XP or Vista

i have a raideon 4850 on vista and i play on ultra high no lag with 30-40 frames average

thats wrong

u'll find 3GB of Ram, because 32bit versions of XP supports up to 3,5GB but often it supports only 3GB

and 64bit versions of Windows XP/VISTA support more than 4GB ....
