Half-sisters Aileen (Judy Ann) and Romina (Jolina), along with first cousins Ruth (Rhian) and Sandra (Iza), reunite in the island province of Camiguin to bury their grandmother. Upon discovering their old childhood Ouija board, the girls dare each other to call on the spirits of the dead. In the middle of their ritual, the Ouija board is accidentally burned, trapping a murderous entity inside.

In a race against time and imminent death, the girls seek out the spirit's identity and its burial place, hoping to release the spirit from the Ouija board and survive its fatal hauntings.
