I discovered Ani while working at borders a few years back. One day while shelving in cooking I happend to put her books on the shelf. Her recipes are fab and she's realy btfl.
Yeah like soy but not as heavy. I always say look into it. Nama Shoyu is probably a much better option, it's naturally fermented and raw, so you get the benefits of fermentation, easier on the digestion.
This is a great recipe! I just made it and added a few of my own ingredients and made it even better- IMHO :) I added 1/4 teaspoon dried lemongrass to the sauce and added fresh cilantro, mungbean sprouts, purple onions and red bell peppers to the veggies. I also topped it with some chopped raw cashews- yum!
