Shes about 70 here- I think she looks great- a little "buzzed" from the party- but still looks great. Godspeed Joan.

What a horrible thing it is to be famous-- "hanger-on-ers" everywhere you go, leaving the famous one to have to be glacial, b/c you rarely know who is truly a friend

the camera angles were all wrong. here and in the photos with roz russell. during her movies they shot her from her level since she was short. here and later, the photographer shoots her from a higher level and joan had to lift her head up to meet the lens, bad idea since her nostrils were a tad prominent thereby making her look like she did here. Joan also s/have left the wig at home. she did not look her best, on purpose. she went just okay, not to outshine her friend roz. : )

many of these recently posted videos totally blast what some of her 'biographers' like james spoto and others say about her life. In "Possessed" by mr. spoto says that joan had been sick "with cancer for several years and bedridden". does this look like joan is sick with cancer and out of her bidridden stage for a while? Joan was 'bedridden' during the oscars when MIldren Pierce was up for an award. She was also 'bedridden' when she did not want to participate in "hush hush.." anymore.

She is so right. And guess what...they still don't write for ladies and we are still here. There's only been a slight difference but it is still about the young and nubile females that get used up by the time they are 27.
