Installing a WD Raptor to Hardcano 14

If I remember correctly there was only one plastic strip per thermal pad. But if you have a strip on each side then remove only the one that's in contact with the cooler as you don't want the pad to get stuck on the HDD.

your meant to stick the thermal pad to hdd and the case, yes, you do take off both sides, otherwise you might aswell call a peice of paper a thermal pad

hi mate just wondering, do u remove the plastic strip on both sides of the thermal pad, as just installed this and was not to sure?
