  • If I remember correctly there was only one plastic strip per thermal pad. But if you have a strip on each side then remove only the one that's in contact with the cooler as you don't want the pad to get stuck on the HDD.

  • your meant to stick the thermal pad to hdd and the case, yes, you do take off both sides, otherwise you might aswell call a peice of paper a thermal pad

  • hi mate just wondering, do u remove the plastic strip on both sides of the thermal pad, as just installed this and was not to sure?
