I loved this show, they used to show it in the US years ago. I can relate as a west indian who used to live in London. Too bad it's NOT available on DVD in the states.

LOVE this programme. Part of my childhood was this. I was brought up down the road in Camberwell. All my mates were West Indian, used to love watchin round their house and learnin what all the slang and dialect meant. Brilliant writin, brilliant comedy actin. I'd love to know where some of the cast are now... Gloria, Spider, Shirley. Ah, how we fuckin miss stuff like this on TV now. My fav two comedies... Only Fools and Desmonds! Both Peckham, South London! Oooi!
