Great band! They had too much imagination and humour to be accepted by the music press like NME and the like (still worshipping at the altar of Blur and Oasis at the time). I love the first two albums, and I just read there was a third one too in 2004. I'll have to get hold of that.

I remember this. It was the last song Mark & Lard played on their late show before taking over the Radio1 Breakfast Show from Chris Evans after he was rather famously sacked - significance ah um. How weird to feel that you're suddenly 17 years old again and listening to the radio in your bedroom.
