is it me, or is this video a little fucked up?

thats like telling someone who has a grenade to pull the pin and let it drop to the floor. it has reverse effects, it will hurt your buddies and not do anything to the enemies.
but the special forces are trained in high speed raids in close combat. thats why they can have the stun grenades go off within 10 feet and be fine. they are trained to deal with the effects and continue with the raid.

hmm but why they don´t stun themselves with this? I mean the grenades are exploding right in front of them?
