Wipeout - Maggie Brown plays the Bonus Round

Maggie Brown, who was on the the pilot of Second Chance, and played in the original Press Your Luck, plays the bonus game for the Peter Tomarken hosted, short lived game show, Wipeout.

The video quality is poor, but the feeling is still there. Watch Maggie win with only a couple of seconds left to spare.

I remember "Wipeout". This show used to be on WNBC-TV (channel 4) back in around 1988 or 1989 when it was in the wee hours of the morning which was around 2 AM or 3 AM.

That's a good question! Maybe the folks working at Wheel thought the technology wasn't yet available for them on the puzzle board, or they might have thought that it was too expensive. That's just my assumption, but who knows? Hope this helps. ;)
