Ingredients:

- 4 Cups of Cold Water
- 1/2 Package of Tofu
- 1 Piece of Green Onion Chopped
- 1/4 tsp of Salt or Less

- Put miso paste in the cold water and mix well. Bring it to a boil and stir.
- Cut Tofu into bite size pieces.
- Put Tofu into miso soup and boil for another minute.
- Add salt to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions!
- Serve as an appetizer or with steamed rice to make it a more filling dish!

Miso soup is very inexpensive to make!

Enjoy!

  • @spiceyart and also the flavor gets lost

  • this was exactly what i did to make my very first miso soup. it tasted... very watery lol. so i added alot of salt, which probably was a bad idea.

  • thats the cutest chopping board ever

  • actually we shouldn't boil it... (for the sake of nutrition, i heard)

    thanks anyway ~

  • I thought I was the only one who liked miso soup with rice in it! Looks great.

  • Hi, I would just like to point out a small detail. When you make miso soup, never bring it to a boil. You can ruin the flavors of the miso. Just bring it to the temperature you want, but refrain from a boil.

  • daaaaang playing ska music, korean pothead!

  • @natcat07 Thank You for your information ^_^

  • @sionigiripo Actually, Miso soup is VERY good for your health. It's been proven to reduce the risk of getting several kinds of cancers and it's good for reducing blood pressure as well! It's really VERY healthy. It won't make you fat.
