  • @ffryan

it's 24 hour fitness and what's wrong with squatting in your backyard haha?

  • @adarqui There is no shame in admitting you are wrong. That is how you learn. No need to lie in claiming you worked for the NBA. Do you honestly think anybody would buy that nonsense? You claim to test hundreds of athletes but take videos of yourself dunking at the local high school gym and squatting in a rusty power rack in your backyard? Nobody is as stupid as you need them to be to buy these lies.

  • @ffryan uh i used to work for the NBA, i personally tested hundreds of athletes for the nba draft, i know first hand how they measure vertical, so it is you that needs to educate yourself. Like I said earlier, get lost, you're boring.

  • @adarqui lol, are you joking? Or do you really not know such basic stuff? Go to the NBA Draft website and you'll see the official terms are "Maximum vertical" and "No step vertical". They call it no step because you're not allowed to take the 1 step into the jump like you are with the max. It isn't called a "no run" for a reason. You seriously need to better educate yourself.

  • @ffryan nope, they measure no step and running, ie "standing vert and MAX vertical".

  • @adarqui Ok, I'm going to explain this in the most simple form of English I know how. THE NBA DOES NOT MEASURE RUNNING VERTICAL LEAP. There is a no-step vertical and a 1 step max vertical. That is it. There is no point of you debating this.

  • @ffryan so how does nba measure running vert?

  • @adarqui No, the NBA does not measure vertical leap this way. Neither does the NFL. But hey, whatever. You're going to say and do whatever you want anyways. You seem to be only interested in padding your stats anyways. Who cares if they are accurately measured of not, right?
