Raccoon Baby Rescue

We are trying to get the baby raccoon across the highway and back with his Mother across the street. Sorry about the camera going up and down. I was between the Mother and her other cub, so I didn't want to get bit or attacked. Plus the baby was on my foot. Anyways.

aww i had to rescue a baby raccoon once

the mom had probably gotten hit by a car because he was dehydrated and only about a week old...i got to pick him up and bring him to a rescue place...

Hey Long Island Chet, thanks for the comment, I was scared too, the little feller's Mom was on the other side standing on her hind legs giving me the evil eye. Ciao for now,

That racoon is VERY scared.

Growing up on Long Island you get to know a-lot about them. Great creatures with a veracious appetite.
