  • scooby you haVE to make a video addressing protein intake.

    Ive heard you can only process 20-25 grams of protein and hour ....a professional body builder I know just told me you can process 50-100grams of protein an hour max .

  • Hi Mr. Scooby, I love your videos! I saw your somewhat unorthodox home setup for dumbell flys in the "Mix It Up" video. I also saw some more weights in the background. I haven't watched all your videos yet, but I thought a tour of what you most suggest for a home gym setup would be a really cool vid.

  • His chest is amazing. Just looks muscular, not boobish like Zeb Atlas' chest does.

  • Push ups wont reduce body fat on the chest area ( man boobs ) what you need to do is to have proper nutrition and a cardio routine .

    Push up develops pecs but dont reduce body fat .

  • Does this only work the middle part of your chest? Wouldn't that make it look real ugly like a big boob of muscle? Do you have to vary this exercise to make it work on upper and lower chest? Also, what looks better? More upper and middle chest and a little less lower or more lower and middle and a little less upper, or just all equal?

  • You're an idiot, Scooby is all about all natural body building. He doesn't support any kind of supplement except for 100% whey protein.
