Definately most important rule , do one corner at a time, if you take out both the front or both the rear leafs it makes it 50 times harder to line up the new ones , i learnt the hard way.

Any further tips on this Video. Do you lube the bushes before installing them into the leaf? Also do you only do one corner at a time, or both springs at the same time?
Thanks,
Ray

Hi Ray,
We suggest if replacing leaf spring bushes clean the eye of the spring of any foreign material. Lightly grease with rubber grease or a grease suitable for poly bushes. When fitting the springs just do one side at a time with both wheels off the ground keeping the axle at level and lightly tighten them so that every thing is located correctly. Let the car down to rest back on the wheels before fully tightening everything that you have replaced and recheck all within 1000 km
