  • Pay attention to the dominant big men in the NBA they utilize all of these moves. They dominate with fundmentals or as u call "12 year old moves"

  • no man watch tim duncan for post moves. He might not be a center but his footwork is better overall than yao's.

  • i think on the up and under u screwed up the left and right side

  • Dwight Howard uses the most Fundemental moves you can think of to score.

  • @YoooPatrick move your feet before you rip through

  • How is this a 12 year old move, I use it in high school all the time. The only person who can stop a jump hook is yourself

  • All I have is a hook shot. ... for the up and under, everytime I "sweep" it through for the up and under. I always get stuck ....why

  • Ya, i dont think it is neccesary for the dribble, but i think that this guy is too far to make the layup without the dribble

  • fantastic,i love this video!

  • Yeah thats the way it is in europe anyway

  • yeah but the dribble takes out a little bit of time . i prefer to just lean in to the layup

  • without the dribble this is wat happens...you pump fake and jump off your left leg if its the left side. The dribble gives you that extra step so you don't need to worry about getting blocked/fouled
