Hi, can i know what is the size of baking tin. In addition, i am in Singapore can't find the brand of choco cookies. How many grams is the chocolate cookie?
TheMsLinz 1 week ago
@TheMsLinz .. it was just a normal size packet of biscuits which I believe is about 200 g. I used a standard size slice tin for this. It's maybe about 25 x 15 cm? Sorry, I'm not sure of the exact measurement.

Chocolate biscuits? I dont think we have those here, what could I use as a substitute?

@AHayHay101 .. you could really use any sweet biscuit you like. These biscuits are quite hard and crunchy. I think they give a really nice texture.
