Violence in School Ends Thanks to David Lynch & Meditation

David Lynch: You know I remember when I first heard that some little kid brings a gun into school and then you start hearing all these problems.

Headmaster: I have a school you know where there's been 24 murders since January 1st in my neighborhood. I have kids suffering from Post Traumatic Stress in children

Headmistress: Kids have so much on their plate this day and time.

Student: I can't concentrate.

Student 2: I get overly frustrated sometimes.

Student 3: I'm kind of angry all the time.

David Lynch: And then they introduced this technique where the the students can dive within and enliven that inner happiness, inner intelligence, inner creativity and love. They see that the problems start evaporating.

Student 3: Slowly everything started changing and now there's no fighting in our school - everyone is getting along.

Student 4: It keeps me calm through the day. It helps me focus on my school work.

Student 5: I'm just a lot less angry so it is also easier to talk to people and communicate and relationships are a lot easier.

Student 3: It's made a huge impact, I mean it's turned our community a full 360.

Teacher: We have a lot of students that are coming up and asking when can they learn to meditate, when can they be part of the Transcendental Meditation program and so it's very exciting. We had great reception from the students, the staff and the parents.

Headmistress: We have seen English scores improve, Math scores improve, Reading scores improve. I'm telling you know I'm a believer.

The David Lynch Foundation has been offering scholarships for children to learn Transcendental Meditation for years now. Already more than 150,000 at-risk kids have learned Transcendental Meditation.

@claudelebel55 i was not being negative friend, i was merely sharing my humble opinion, unfortunately due to the nature of the world we currently live in it is unlikely that this program will grow to the extent that it should. regardless, i did not imply that it should be 'forced' at all, lol, maybe try not to be so judgmental of others ppl's thoughts : )
