If the front sights got damaged what can you do? From the video they seem too fragile and mounted directly over the body of the pistol instead of some rail or base, so they seem to be unreplaceable.

With the accuracy testing, how does it effectively measure the accuracy of the gun itself? Because wouldn't you just be measuring how well the scope is centered?

@pyramydair Thanks for the answer, but that was not my question, I don´t even own a P1 myself yet, my concern was about how easy seems to damage the little rings that hold the fiber optics rod in place, not so much the rod itself. What do you do if they get broken, replace all the upper part of the pistol? By the way, the description and photos in your site says it has a front ramp blade, can you choose the type of sights?

@mysticpiggyx no way... not likely to kill a fox even after many shots, and inhumane to do so. For a fox, your gonna want at least 25 fpe or so, which is several times more powerful than this pistol

the Beeman P-1 paul tested, after break in the velocity will go up 30-40 fps so thats good news, i have been involved with P-1 for over 20 years and it will out last almost any air pistol, also i have 2 barrles .177 and .20, the .22 barrel is ok but the .20 i can get heavy pellet that match .22 like the kodiaks.
