bloody nimby. obviously we need more PT- but the Royal Park tunnel is absolutely the way to go! And government of any persuasion will knock it through.

i am far from a nimby- i've actually spent a lot of time campaigning for transport in outer suburbs. a tunnel may help me get to collingwood if I need, but it does not help my elderly neighbour get around as she can't drive anymore. its about priorities

we can have both- just don't pay subsidies for the carbon tax, and whack on another two income tax bands at the top.

Sorry for the nimbyism, it sounded like some of my neighbours near royal park...
