@scottabelcoaching the jerking motion looks really funny. Do not get me wrong though I am not here by accident. I think you guys know exactly what you are doing!
All the best from Bulgaria!

@scottabelcoaching Google "Impulse Training". I think you'll like it

@bkdmd Well this is hard to say without knowing what the injury actually is. Some other form of prehab or rehab may be in order as well. You could certainyl try it with a smaller blade and less pertubation and see how it feels
But you may also want to entertain that "heavy benching" may also BE the problem.

So how well will this method of training help me recover from a shoulder injury? It is nearly better, but that shoulder that was injured still has some uncoordinated feelings in it? Will this strengthen the shoulder complex and get the stability and coordination back so I can get back to my heavy benching?
omg this made my day :DDDDD

Have you used an Impulse trainer? It seems to be a much more powerful version of the same inertial principle as the Bodyblade. It's much too expensive for individuals, but I'm surprised none of the many gyms i've checked had one, or even knew what it was.

I feel all the more confident about my Bodyblade purchase after seeing you guys using them. The blade isn't here yet. I've read that doing a preparatory blade set can improve performance at barbell/dumbbell exercises. Have you found any truth in that?

@lazur1 Sure, depending on how it is implemented within a program, it just becomes another worthy tool
