For the state's largest city, 2012 was a tumultuous year. From the city's rejection of the mayor's plan to privatize the city's water to a recent city council meeting that ended with police intervention and pepper spray being used in the chamber, there seem to be sharp divisions at Newark City Hall. But Acting Newark City Council President Anibal Ramos, Jr. downplayed the division during an interview with NJ Today Senior Correspondent Desirée Taylor.
