The piston that helps to open the Twike Canopy pushes too far, pushing the piston itself into the windshield wiper canopy as well as pushing the front lip of the canopy into the body of the Twike, rubbing the body and cracking the Luran S, as well as causing the canopy to become unglued from the supporting metal frame.

  • Martin, Wolfgang and Bernt did a repair tour when their Xprize vehicle was unable to be shipped from Germany due to the Icelandic volcano. This is now repaired by drilling a hole lower. Martin said they have new pistons now that have a dampening effect as they get closer to full-opening: they open the first two feet or so very quickly, then slow down as they approach full open. Sweet!

you are idiot... simple... " send back twike to Germany for money back... " :DD wtf ? my son can fix this problem... but you... :D genius... lol :D simple... :D send back.... like this post...

  • Nothing like a nice, neat piece of rubber or similar substance strategically pasted on the screen wiper motor and the part of the body where the lip of the canopy makes contact. Simple. Either that or send back your Twike to Germany for your money back.
