nice job bro... and yeah thats 135 bar is 45 and 45 on each side... right now on decline im maxin out 185.. im 15 but only weigh 135 lbs..

@NyzProblem He was doing it right, you have rest time when you lock out. The way he was doing it, he had constant restriction working the chest muscles more. When you lock out, the weight is focused on your arms.

Impressive exhibition. Decline is considerably easier than flat or incline presses, because of the angle it's performed, it engages the Pectoral Major muscles more in a way they are designed 2 work. I would more recommend Decline Bench Dumbell Presses or Parallel Bar Dips 4 a decent chest, the flat is notorious 4 causing injuries 2 the shoulder girdle.

Decline is easier than flat bench, you have a shorter range of motion, and better leverage, learn what you're talking about before you post.

you don't lock out when you press for reps... damages the joints.

decline is considerably easier for me, though I don't do it that often.
