Why isn't this man as widely known as he should be.I'm ashamed to asy that I first discovered him via the soundtrack of G.T.A with the excellent tune Amos Moses & later...much to my dismay, in the movie The Waterboy but I have since tracked down numerous tracks & continue to be amazed at what a superb guitar player & song smith Jerry was. Can't say enough of what a true great performer he was....when I'm feeling down & just plain glum, Jerry Reed always puts a big grin on my face.

..I bet he was a badass by the time he was 16 yrs old ..... .Hallelujah and Georgia on my mind... and those are the cover tunes...Absolutely my most favorite picker ever.....his instrumentals are addictive as hell to try and learn..Seems like he would've been the coolest dude to hang out with.
