What is CoRRECT™? What is Constitutional Reform?

1) Economic Liberalization to create millions of jobs and fund national development

2) Evolving Region-based Decentralization to spread out economic opportunities to the regions and provinces and decongest the national capital region. Protect local/regional customs, cultures, languages, etc.

3) Shift to a Parliamentary System - a no-brainer because all international Pol-Sci PhD's worth their salt know that a Parliamentary System is - hands down - superior to presidential systems. Parliamentary Systems are more stable, more efficient, more flexible, more accountable, faster and cheaper. All around superior.

I love how he ended the whole thing with "We are more similar to Malaysia and Spain." I think Filipinos in general would really benefit more if they at least shift their glance from the US to other countries (particularly in Asia) that have had greater economic development than the Philippines.
