You forgot to mention a few things. One side says "United", that plane hit high. The other side says "America", and the American Airline plane hit low. So the "flames" are right where they should be. Also, when you unfold the bill, the X pinpoints where the last plane was allegedly supposed to hit, the White House. God, I need a hobby.
