What was the deal with that "Wrestlemania will resume in 5:00" thing, did that always happen on the old PPV's and was there any reason for it?

I was only 15 when this Wrestlemania aired but I specifically remember my dad enjoying this segment.

My personal viewpoint is that WWE should institute some sort of replay system using the "Challenge" format favored by the NFL. Yes, it may slow down the matches just a tad, but getting the outcome of the match ruled correctly far outweighs the cost.

I alwaqys wanted to see this. I know it was stupid and boring but it was the only Wrestlemania segment I'd never seen and that's why I wanted to see it. It wasn't on the Sky airing in the UK. It wasn't on the original Coliseum Video release. It wasn't on the WrestleMania Anthology. It only aired on the live PPV airing in 1991 and was also on the 1999 WWF Home Video Legacy Series re-release. Typically, I finally got to see this a month ago. After 19 years. But thanks for listening and posting it.
