If you are a subsim member, check de radioforum. There is a link to the JGSME´s author, when he explain the precess. Use a SEARCH tool.

Download JGSME, put it in SH4 exe directory, execute. Then JGSME will create a new folder named MODS. In this folder (mods) put your PE4 folder downloaded. Then, with JGSME enable the mod.
