Cloud timelapse

My budget time-lapse setup is working again! A PC connect to a PlayStation 2 EyeToy USB camera.

I pointed it at the window and took a frame every 3 seconds over the course of the afternoon. I did go to night and the Moon made it's way across the sky but I cut that out because it wasnt very interesting (you could just see a bright dot!)

There's a Microsoft Webcam power toy that lets you create videos though I never got it working.

You can use AMCAP32.exe or HandyAVI (very good shareware). There's loads out there and some do video (and time lapse) better than others

ok apparently i nearly broke my computer trying to install the eyetoy camera onto it,turns out the drive could not recognise the camera...its fixed now thankfully...so now im trying to use my webcam and a product that lets you create time-lapses... :D...hopefully it will work

You will need the EyeToy USB drivers (it's a D-Link or something). if you can't find them, let me know.

Also, some software that takes images or snapshots to make the video .. HandyAVI does it I think - that's what I used (at least I think I did). Likewise, if you get stuck, let me know.
