Wow, what a happy guy! I bet you could tell him some pretty shitty news (like somebody close to him died or something) and he'd be like "hey, this is Blake Adams and these are my abs! Thanks for watching!" lmao
Seriously, he seems like a nice dude with a great attitude. Plus he has a super-hero-sounding name!

Do em like the Marines, dead hang pullup. Lock out your elbows, full range of motion is always better. You wont be able to do as many but you'll get better results.

was this at crotona park?

I'm trying to get a custom Goole Map started with outdoor, publicly accesible pull-up stations. If you can map some that would be great! Here's the map: tinyurl/pullup-bars!

@2e4L Yeah, those are some sorry pullups. His results aren't from doing pullups. They are from all the cardio he's doing and his diet. Those pullups are pathetic.

His Real name is Flake!!

@mhrockstar never too late! thank you very much! I will try....its really hard when you have 13 hour duty times and in the airport theres only starbucks and fast food lol

@gilz16 I know this is kind of an old comment, but I thought I would give some advice anyway. Cheers and good luck in your fitness LIFE.

@gilz16 OK, so I'm not Blake Adams (obviously), but I can tell you that if you want to have great results and if you want to be fit then you HAVE to make time for healthy foods. The fastest healthy foods are blending up some fruit, milk, eggs (or protein powder, but eggs are healthier) and whatever else you want in your shake. Start by cutting out unhealthy foods little by little. Keep unhealthy foods out of your house. Plan your meals if you think you won't have time and freeze them.

Hi Blake! 5 stars and subscribing, I'm having troubles with my diet mainly not the workout part. Do you have any suggestions? Sometimes I just dont have time to eat healthy....I also supplement with the Platinum HydroWhey from Optimum Nutrition.
do you feel that doing a full range of motion is not that important (going all the way down)? your results are still great

I vary my pull ups from plyometric, to hang and pulls. Regardless if you routine is few reps heavy, light wieght weight lots of reps. full extension, half extension everything has its place and purpose. I would try some plyometric with a swing in the leg, and then some still hang and pulls. no different than doing a standing curl or a preacher curl both bicep, just different forms. thanks best regards blake adams

A lot has to do with your age. Try doing chest workouts that focus on just the chest. pushups are nice, just make sure your can feel your pecs. If you have a gym flys work well stick your chest out and really focus on flexing the pec till it hurts. Practice muscle isolation, biceps, pecs traps, tris. then you'll have a good idea of how to know when your focusing on just your pecs. gl blake adams
