its sutpid to build the non cobra 99-04 as there engines have no forged internals and cant sustain the boost. so many of the 99-04 can break past mid 12s without having to rebuild the engines for boost. they wind up spending more doing that than if they just have found a 03-04 cobra

That's not an '06 mustang. Its between a '99 and '04 mustang. 2006 has the new body style.
