@Rodwill18 Yes. He begins on degree one of the scale (G) and arpeggiates it (therefore, as he is in the key G major, he plays the 1,3,5 and 7 [G, B, D and F#]). His second arpeggio begins on degree three of that same G major scale (B). He plays the same notes but alters the order of them (also known as inverting the arpeggio). Hope that helps.
