The majority of dubs on animes aren't as good as subs plain because they're lazy and are doing it for the money mostly, whereas the seiyus have real emotion and tone. However, on something like Avatar: the Last Airbender, even though it's anime style, it was made by Americans and having english voices didn't make it bad. So really, the true factor in dubs vs subs is the quality of the dubs, but generally the subs are better because they stay true to the lines and its the ORIGINAL voice wise.

As far as dubs go, this ones pretty good. I still prefer subs because I like the original voice for Misaki much better, but its really well done and funny.
