  • one question bro do u recomend buying this gun cus i saw down at academy for 200 bucks nd i really want to buy it but then again i just dont wanna throw my money away.

  • @puratejanopride You wouldn't be throwing your money away, I still own and shoot it. If I could do it over again I would buy the Walther P22, but a good price is definitely a plus in any pre-purchase evaluation. Just keep in mind .22 CCI MINI MAGS are way overpriced. Good luck!

  • Use hollow points

  • @dtmckellop I use WD-40. Works great!

  • ********THE SIG MOSQUITO WILL WORK 95% OF THE TIME WITH ANY CHEAP BULK AMMO IF YOU SPRAY EVERY OTHER LOADED MAG DOWN ON BOTH SIDES LIGHTLY WITH WD40. YOU CAN USE FEDERAL AND REMINGTON BULK 95% RELIABLY IF YOU DO THIS. I AM NOT KIDDING, TRY IT NEXT TIME YOU GO TO THE RANGE!!!**********

  • @762infidel Thank you and will do!

  • every body says this gun sucks it dont my dad asked a local shop and the owner said u want to shoot 500 cci bullets before any other

  • friend polished the slide rails because his jammed and it now works awesome

  • Roy3951 the ruler 22.45 is built loose so it's reliable, the sig has much tighter tolerances so it needs to be broken in with at least 1500 rounds, once that is done it leaves a ruger / browning for dead, the big problem most shooters don't want to put the time in on a sig so they miss out on a great gun

  • Match the recoil spring to the ammo, don't use cheap ammo and get a good gun lube. .22 is a dirty round by nature and cleaning is crucial . I have had a mosquito for over 2 years and have put through about 8000 rounds with 99.9% success. Don't bitch if u don't know the basic gun cleaning and it jams, it's your fault it doesn't perform

  • my club brother has a ruger 22.45 has never clean it and over 7 thousand rounds and never a fail with cheap amo

  • Yeah, CCI is pretty much better than the cheap Feds or Winnie's. .22 semi auto pistols usually have a bit of a break in period

  • I love mine shoots and shoots has from day one. All CCI ammo 6.25 for 100 rounds so 13 bucks or so for 200 rounds. Not bad at all. Love the little gun.

  • Break it in, keep it clean and you'll learn to love it. Keep in mind that .22 ammo doesn't have high quality control and you will find a low charge at times that won't recycle the slide.

  • @EpicHeroSandwich I was referring to the SR22 when I made my comment. Those who own them say they feed everything without a hitch. So far as the Mark series, I own a Mark I with a tapered 6 7/8 barrel. I had a trigger job done on it and it shoots like a rifle. I've never ad a jam that I can recall. Great .22 and they've sure gotten nicer looking these days.

  • @Robin18us rugers will feed well, even relatively dirty. you have to be pretty neglectful of your gun for ruger mk's to just up and quit on you. of course, i'd recommend getting a new extractor and an accurizing kit/replacement bushing if you get a mkIII
