Anne!! Wastin' time talkin' ta that clown! He's a miserable suckup usin' his position to 'warm up' to a famous writer. c'mon. as if his approval is worth anything. it'd be different if it was a nun, or a group of estactic nuns. just this one dude is laughable. but i can see why you wanted it online! you DO have a sense of humor (wink)

I suspect your beautiful mother's prayers for you from heaven had a great deal to do with your return to the Church. What a profound and priceless gift to you.
I know in my heart my late father prayed me into conversion to the Catholic Faith.
You are in my prayers during mass often, Anne.

I am reminded of the mother in "Violin', who wanted the four? beautiful, healthy, brilliant daughters.Educated, artistic, writers.
I remember thinking that was too much to ask for, when so many of we mothers lose out. That it worked out it such a wonderful blessing, and such a success story.

Yes, this is mentioned in my novel Violin, but that is truly a work of fiction and can't be taken as autobiographical. The memoir is something else altogether. Thank you for your comment and for mentioning a novel I love. Anne.
