Stockholm: Chinese and Swedish Business Communities Have Meetings for New Business Opportunities

On 8 Jul. 2009, the Chinese trade and investment promotion mission organized by the Ministry of Commerce of China visits Sweden for economic and trade exchanges and promotion. The Mission is composed of more 200 delegates from over 110 enterprises in 20 provinces and municipalities, including industrial companies in electronics, machinery, papermaking, biopharmaceuticals and new energy as well as services providers in logistics and investment consulting.
During the visit, more than 300 representatives from the business communities on both sides attend the China-Sweden Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum with the theme of enhanced cooperation for mutual benefits and win-win co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden and co-organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for the Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, Sweden-China Trade Council, Swedish Trade Council, Swedish Trade Federation and Invest in Sweden Agency. Gao Hucheng, Vice Minister of Commerce of China and Head of the Mission and Gunnar Wieslander, State Secretary to Minister for Trade of Sweden make the keynote speeches
