@flamablechips pull out the phone, and call armando for the van, he wil spawn at random spot, and drive to his van :) hope that helps

it's very unlikely to gta iv, where jacob requires high enough of the ''like'' then u can buy from him a weapons, but in TLAD or TBOGT it's different, because there the weapons van availably any time..no need to get relationships with terry or armando
