Speedlock 2 Encoding Scheme - Short Circuit ZX Spectrum Loading Screen

This is a Spectrum loading screen for Short Circuit. The first part (white box) takes longer to load and is called PART1 rather than SHORT (as was on the original release). It then goes into the "black box" and uses red/black and blue/black rectangles (rather than the standard yellow/blue) before shortly going into the timer version of the loading screen.
