Hell yeah! they probably did not hear of DCI... I agree any actual marching percussionist would must likely hate this movie! My college drumline hates this haha. I liked the part where the girl is doing the pushups. haha i'm a girl on cymbal line:)

I'm gonna excuse whoever says the drumming was good at this, they probably have never heard of DCI. But I didn't like it, music was boring, plot was bland, and if they're gonna use a college band, make it a good REAL one. Like UT.

this was a good movie about drumming, the drummers were great, and the plot was a very good. there were two huge things that ruined the movie for me- the first was that this was very cliche, and i could predict the ending within the first 15 minutes. second was that this poorly represents a marching band. the beginning was somewhat accurate, with the military-like training.. that is very true. but as the movie went on, it became very unrealistic, at least from what i have experienced in MB.
