Anni likes her carrot salad crunchy, and therefore chops her carrots into small pieces. Most people like them shredded. I like them converted into a thick liquid or soup. Try it---if you don't care about the pasty look, it is absolutely delicious, and as nutritious as the veggies you put in it.
CAVEAT: You just about have to have a Vita-Mix to do this one. Most "blenders" don't stand a chance against the dry carrots. You may be able to do it if you add some water ...)

    gotta add more water !

  • add an apple.... great way to add flavor...to carrot

  • I haven't mixed any combo of fruits and veggies in a Vita-Mix that didn't taste good to drink. Of course, the Vita Mix doesn't JUST liquify everything. You can blend or chop or whatever else with it. It's one of the only appliances that actually does everything it claims to do.

  • I was just going to mix them and drink them. You ever try it? I wonder if it's any good just to drink
