Slim Server controlled by Philips Pronto Remotes.
I've been working on this since Christmas time where it was insanely hot over here. There is a Philips Pronto 9400 and 9600 version. It started as something just for myself but a lot of people have suggested that I get it out in the real world! The interface is simple but I wanted something really easy to use for myself and my wife. I spent a lot of time watching people from teens to late 60's use it when they came over and what buttons they instinctivly went for. I found teens and early 20's (iPod gen) went straight to the scroll wheel where my wife naturally used the cursor to navigate around. So you'll notice in the video that I often vary how I do things - just cos I can :)
In Australia it will be available through Authorised Pronto Installers/Resellers.

nice..... whats the battery like on the pronto-connected via wi-fi? is it a worthwhile iphone alternative?

If got it for my TSU9400 and it works great (also my wife likes it)
