@Jonaylo Bulltshit. Nova always showed ice spreading out from the centre of the caster, I used every possible spell that shwed colour to fix my lagg.make NPC's appear and nova was one of them

It was actually an animation bug. It's fixed now though :)

Just move graphics to ultra, problem solved.
